    Everything was good, polite service, a bit slow, but all good

    Hopeless. Went in to change payment frequency. They couldn't help me. Told me to call up. Couldn't help me online either. When I call the number it says "user busy". I can't get through. It is quicker for me to do the whole claim all over again.
