    ON HOLD FOR 15 MINS ! Seriously, you need more Telephone Staff if you have that volume of Calls consistently ...........and it must be consistently by the Looks of the numerous Reviews with similar issues. If they actually answered the Phone I could also Review whether they were rude or not but I don't seem to be able to get to a human being yet.............

    Rang to advise of a cheque incorrectly made out to the doctor instead of me. So far I have been given 6 automatic apologies for the wait. By the way the spelling of "cheque", underlined in this text is correct within Australia. Additionally, why is there not a zero category in the survey? It deserves one.

    Its probably not the staff's fault but was a horrible experience trying to get there and make a basic claim while being surrounded with those there for un-employment benefits.

    Sorry we can't afford to employ enough people to help you as the government is cutting back health funding because they don't care about people. Tell someone who cares, because we don't and the government doesn't either.

    We showed up with the paperwork we needed to bring and all the identification and had a very fast and pleasant experience to sign us up for medicare. We were in and out in 5 minutes (we timed it, we were amazed and it made our day!), dealing with happy people at each step.
